首先可能要得罪一下已经回答的几位朋友。我觉得已有的某几个回答广告倾向有点严重。更主要的是，我不觉得随手扔一个什么学习网站、资源链接能有多大程度的帮助。其实题主的问题还算是比较有针对性的，不是那种“如何提高托福成绩”这样的问题，而是一个比较现实的情况：大学英语里明显偏重阅读，甚至听力的难度都要比写作高，口语则几乎被忽略。不说别的，单看四六级的考卷：如果你的阅读部分不是用那些“奇技淫巧”的话，还是有一定难度的，快速阅读要求足够的阅读速度（抛开那种只是靠眼力的“定位法”），深度阅读的文章也有一定难度；相较之下，写作的难度要低很多，两三百词的作文，甚至够不上一个展开比较充分的paragraph。我的口语也不好，就单说写作部分我的经验吧。
练习用键盘打长文，切记关掉拼写检查。托福写作首先在形式上就和大学英语里较长接触的有些不同，有些人一开始就是不习惯用键盘打英文，我见过最夸张的是通过反复抄写形成肌肉记忆来背单词的家伙，很多单词要先用笔写一遍才能想起来拼写……
提高速度，写作过程中“忘掉”语法，写好以后再revise。高中、大学英语极其强调语法，写作时拼写正确、语法正确被摆在第一位。不是说这些不重要，而是说托福毕竟是难度更高的考试，如果语法、拼写还是你的绊脚石，写作过程中要经常、反复地停下来思考语法细节的话，很难写出好essay（时间上可能就根本不够）。半小时500词，比起六级还是要紧张不少，必须要练习到尽量不在写作过程中被这些细节绊住，最后也能写出基本无错的文章。
多阅读native speaker写的比较“传统”的文章，也包括TOEFL/IELTS范文。两个强调点，一是“native speaker”，国人写的文章（尤其是各类“范文”）的水平实在是参差不齐，有的CHINGLISH痕迹非常明显，相比之下native speaker的essay质量平均来看会更有保证一些，写得再差至少不至于CHINGLISH满天飞（至于语法，正规出版物里的一般都不会有问题）；二是“传统”，什么剧本、小说之类的真的不适合非母语初学者练习写作，尤其是托福写作。
重视英语文章的篇章、段落结构。还在备考托福说明毕竟还是处在初学阶段。想想我们小时候学习语文作文的时候，一开始老师给我们多少条条框框？记叙文该怎么写、议论文又该怎么写，什么起承转合，什么论证方法……也许国内的语文作文教学过于死板甚至在很多人看来是“失败”的，但不可否认初学阶段的确需要一些基本的规则方法来帮助我们写出“能看”的文章。英文写作也是如此，而且经典章法和中文还有很大不同，中国人写的文章经常收到西方人“What’s your point?”这样的疑惑，传统上来说，英文习惯“先点睛、再画龙”，“总分”结构应用在全文和各个段落之中，而“分总”等却较少使用。要去适应在文章开头先提出thesis statement、在段落开头先提出topic sentence这样的写法，少一些“铺垫”直入主题，不要害怕使用序数词来分割要点，也不要滥用关联词来强加逻辑。
不要“背”模板、“好词好句”。背出来的东西非常明显，和你文章的其他部分不是一个感觉，考官一看就知道，对“提高分数”不会有太大帮助的……有这个时间还不如多读多写多想。能够理解、灵活运用的话不妨使用，但如果必须逐句逐词背下来才能用得出来的话，还是算了吧。
我觉得，想要真正“入门”，英文写作也应该要找到（汉语）写作的感觉：更用心地考虑“我的观点是什么”，“我想表达什么”，“我要怎么说服读者”，“我要讲什么故事”，“我要怎么组织素材”；并在潜意识之中考虑“这句话应该要怎么说最好”；不要总是想着“我这里该用一个非限制性定语从句和独立主格结构，再配合上一个短促的倒装句来提高逼格”。
最后，我四六级写作接近满分，托福首战没控制好时间，最后一段没写完，拿了27，不过大概也不会再战了。
